About
I am a product marketer who stopped waiting for a developer.
I market products for a living, and at some point the gap between deciding what a product should say and having something live stopped making sense to me. So I closed it. Now I write the positioning and I ship the thing it describes.
I build with AI. Every product on this site was made that way, and I would rather tell you than have you find out. Anyone can open the same tools I do. What I bring is knowing what to ask for, and knowing when what came back is not good enough to keep.
That is where the marketing background earns its keep. A developer builds what the ticket says. I work out what the ticket should say, because that was already my job.

How the work runs
The brief
We work out what this is for, who it is aimed at, and what it has to say. This takes the longest, and once it is settled the rest is mostly execution.
The build
I build against the brief. Because the decisions are already made, this is the short part.
The handover
It goes live on your domain, and the positioning document comes with it. You get the site and the reasoning behind every line on it.
How the work actually gets made
The thinking is the work. The building is the easy part.
Writing the brief takes longer than writing the code. That ratio is the whole method, and it is why the builds ship in evenings instead of quarters.
On building with AI
I build with AI. That is not the interesting part.
Everyone has the same models. What separates a finished product from the slop is the specification in front of it and the judgement after it.
I write the brief before anything gets generated. That is the slow part, and skipping it is why most AI output is not worth keeping.
- The brief comes first
- Writing it takes longer than the build. Everything after it is cheap, because the decision is already made.
- Nothing sends itself
- The agents that run my own business draft everything and send nothing without approval. Every action lands in an append-only audit log.
- The teardowns admit it
- Every case study here ends with the part AI could not finish. That section stays in when it is unflattering.
Writing
I publish every week, on the other site.
I teach on the newsletter: content engines, shipping products without code, putting AI agents to work. This site is where you hire me.

Let's work together
Bring the thing you need built. You will leave the call knowing what it takes, how long it runs, and what it costs.
